For example, in the construction of sunshade facilities in large outdoor parking lots, if the black sunshade net is not spliced tightly, the direct sunlight area will increase, and the degree of sun exposure to the vehicle will increase.

In addition, the sealing treatment of the splicing joints should not be ignored. For some high-demand sunshade application scenarios, such as outdoor storage sunshade of precision instruments, it may not be enough to rely solely on conventional splicing methods. It is necessary to use sealants or other sealing materials at the splicing joints to further reduce the intrusion of light and heat from the splicing gaps and ensure the stability and reliability of the overall sunshade performance.

From the perspective of long-term use effects, the splicing process also needs to take into account the elasticity of the sunshade net. Since the black sunshade net may undergo a certain degree of expansion and contraction deformation under different ambient temperature and humidity conditions, if the splicing process cannot adapt to this change, the splicing joints may become loose, cracked or deformed over time, resulting in a gradual deterioration of the sunshade performance.
